ONLY ONE MONTH until Trucks & Pups! AWS Food Truck Fundraiser to raise money for Animal Welfare Society on Sunday May 19th (4 pm to 9 pm)!
Food trucks include: Tripp's Farmhouse Cafe, MacDaddy's Seafood & Tots, Fahrenheit 225 LLC, Gotta Be Frank Gourmet, Crêpe Elizabeth, Fishin' Ships, Mobile Musette/Musette Restaurant, Tasting Maine, Knew Potato Caboose, Big Grampa's Grill, and Congdon's Doughnuts. All will be donating at least 50% of their proceeds to AWS!
The event is a real group effort thanks to to a lot of great people, vendors, and organizations! We'll have music from Wayne Morphew and Scott Stinson. Facepainting by Squirrelcat Designs. Photography by Jon Secord. And Tito's Handmade Vodka will be donating $1 for each Tito's beverage and will be doing cool giveaway and games.
We would also like to thank Shields Meats and Produce Inc, Lamb & Wesson, Favorite Foods, Lepage Bakery, Hormel Foods, New England Coffee, and Coca-Cola for their donations!
It's going to be a lot of fun and a great way to kick off the season! (Rain date is Mon May 20)

If you’re a food lover, the Wells, Maine, destination feels an awful lot like a carnival.When we surveyed guests after last season, the top request was more food trucks. Well, you got em! We have 29 different #foodtrucks on the schedule for this season -- nearly double the amount from last season!
This includes: crepes, barbeque, burgers, hot dogs, Greek, Brazilian, seafood, pizza, grilled cheese, french fries, empanadas, Mexican, wraps, falafel, farm-to-table, gluten-free, Asian, sushi, Caribbean, Southern/creole, of course doughnuts, and more!

We're excited to point out the obvious -- Congdon's Doughnuts will be back at the food truck park this season! This year, in addition to serving fresh doughnuts from the bakery and whoopie pies, we will also be serving scooped and novelty ice creams. Most exciting though is the addition of the FRITTER SUNDAE - a scoop of ice cream on top of a warm fritter, with caramel or maple drizzle.
